The transport of your parcel

Parcels are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without a signature. If you would like delivery with a signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel online.

Postage

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, and special care is taken with parcels containing fragile products.

The parcels are oversized and protected.

Transfer of ownership

It is expressly agreed that the transfer of ownership of the ordered goods becomes effective upon their dispatch from our warehouses. The buyer consequently agrees to assume all risks associated therewith, particularly those relating to transport.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make any necessary reservations upon taking delivery. The seller reserves the right to arrange the shipping of the goods in the best possible way, without incurring any liability as a result.

Deliveries are made exclusively within France. For any orders from abroad, please contact our export department:
