Réviseur Cognac XO: all the richness of the Petite Champagne
Crafted exclusively from wine spirits originating from the prestigious cru of Petite Champagne, Réviseur Cognac XO is the result of long ageing that reveals all the nobility of its terroir. Complex, generous and perfectly balanced, this sipping cognac captivates with its aromatic depth and elegance, the signature of Maison Réviseur.
A rich and complex tasting experience
Its old gold colour with mahogany highlights reveals a nose of great finesse. The initial notes of rancio, ripe fruit and liquorice gradually give way to a harmonious bouquet blending red fruits, noble wood, undergrowth and a delicate touch of roasted coffee. On the palate, flavours of liquorice, caramel butter, candied fruit and cedar wood unfold with wonderful roundness. The texture is supple and silky, supported by a long and persistent finish where the woody notes express themselves with elegance.
A sipping cognac
Réviseur Cognac XO is best enjoyed neat, at room temperature, to reveal the full richness of its aromatic palate. Its complexity and length on the palate make it a cognac of choice for connoisseurs of fine spirits and moments of exception.
